Department: Marketing and Sales

Location: Park Town Johannesburg

Remuneration: Commission plus bonus

Responsibilities

• Sell funeral cover policy
• Achieve sales targets
• Adhere to the prescribed SOPs
• Sales objection handling
• Cold calling
• Capture data
• Build and Maintain good client relations
• Ensure commitment to the FAIS fit and proper qualification requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12/Matric
• Post matric in marketing will be advantageous
• Financial Services experience – Advantageous

Knowledge and Skills

• Good understanding of Financial Services Industry related legislation and regulation
• Understanding of sales processes and servicing industry
• Fluency in 4 South African official languages
• A clear criminal record
• Being fully computer literate
• Willingness to work overtime in order to achieve targets.
